Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement robust e-learning infrastructure, ensuring scalability, reliability, and high performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain digital learning resources, aligning with organizational goals and user needs.
  • Lead technical teams in developing and maintaining e-learning applications, integrating with existing systems.
  • Provide expert guidance on e-learning best practices, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Ensure staff training on e-learning technologies, maximizing user adoption and engagement.
  • Analyze e-learning metrics to inform strategic decisions, driving continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management from a recognized university or institute.
  • Three to five years of hands-on experience in e-learning solutions, project management, with expertise in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and system administration.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Proficient in e-learning platforms such as Moodle, Blackboard, Canvas, or similar, course structuring, content management, user support, and collaboration with internal teams and IT.
  • Strong leadership and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
