We are seeking a creative and analytical professional to produce compelling, data-driven copy that supports our marketing goals. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate effectively across departments to deliver content that aligns with our brand voice and enhances conversion rates.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing, testing, and refining ad copy for various paid campaigns to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.

  • Crafting engaging email campaigns for onboarding, follow-ups, re-engagement, and promotions to effectively guide prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Working closely with the content and SEO teams to ensure copy is keyword-informed and balances SEO with readability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, English, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in copywriting, preferably within the lead-generation industries.
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics/GA4, email platforms (e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp), and CRM-integrated messaging.
  • Strong understanding of SEO principles and UX writing best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with behavior analytics tools like Hotjar and Microsoft Clarity to review user behavior and adjust copy accordingly.
  • Knowledge of local SEO practices and Google My Business optimization.
