Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to enhance academic excellence by aligning departments with quality standards and university policies.
  • Coordinate internal quality assurance activities, track progress on action plans, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and maintain up-to-date records of Quality Improvement Plans (QIPs) across departments.
  • Support Program Reviews, Course Files Reviews, and Academic Audit processes to maintain academic integrity and promote a culture of excellence.
  • Collect and document data in a timely manner for institutional accreditation purposes, ensuring seamless access to information.
  • Manage and update QEC databases and document repositories to facilitate efficient information retrieval.
  • Coordinate surveys with faculty, students, alumni, and employers across departments to gather valuable feedback and insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, timely collection, and analysis of survey responses to inform decision-making and drive improvement.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports and summaries to facilitate informed decision-making and performance reviews.
  • Support the planning and execution of QEC workshops, trainings, and awareness sessions to promote a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Provide orientation and training to faculty and staff on QEC policies and tools to enhance their knowledge and skills.
