We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Executive to join our team in Lahore, Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients via telephone, promoting our immigration services, and converting leads into satisfied customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing them to our immigration consultancy services, and effectively communicating the benefits of working with us.
- Build and maintain a database of leads, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information for targeted outreach campaigns.
- Listen to client needs and requirements, providing tailored solutions and addressing any concerns or objections they may have.
- Follow up on leads generated through various channels, including social media, email, and referrals, to nurture relationships and facilitate the sales process.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas, consistently delivering high-quality service and achieving customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals effectively.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for business growth and expansion.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, including calls made, appointments scheduled, and deals closed, using CRM software.
- Provide regular feedback to the management team on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback for continuous improvement.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all sales activities.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of success in tele sales or telemarketing roles, preferably in the services industry.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Urdu, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with the ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software for managing leads and sales pipelines.
- Adaptability and resilience to handle rejection and overcome challenges in a competitive sales environment.
- Prior knowledge of immigration laws and procedures is a plus, but not required.
- A willingness to undergo training and development programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
