Video Production Specialist

">Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Video Production Specialist to create engaging and high-quality video content for our marketing campaigns, social media, and internal use. This role involves managing all aspects of video production, from concept development to post-production editing.

">Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop video concepts that align with our brand messaging and collaborate with the creative team to bring them to life.

  • Operate cameras, audio equipment, lighting, and other production gear during shoots.

  • Edit raw footage into polished, engaging videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.

  • Add graphics, text overlays, animations, and sound effects as needed.

  • Organize and maintain video equipment and digital assets.

  • Stay updated on video trends, techniques, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and effective.

  • Optimize videos for various platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and formats.

">Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a videographer and editor, with a strong portfolio of past work.

  • Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).

  • Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color grading, and audio editing.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent storytelling skills and attention to detail.

  • Experience with motion graphics and animation is a plus.

  • Flexibility to travel and work on-location when required.

  • Degree in Film, Media Production, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
