About the Role:

Job Responsibilities:

This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of our internal client data. As a Data Quality Specialist, you will be responsible for leading a team of data quality specialists in implementing data governance best practices and promoting a culture of continuous improvement. Your primary goal will be to identify and mitigate existing data quality issues, while also ensuring the effective use of data governance principles to promote data quality and integrity.

As part of this role, you will need to manage data correction, audits, and quality assurance in Salesforce, while also serving as the data quality lead and managing data cleanups, root cause analysis, and proactive quality checks. Additionally, you will be responsible for promoting teamwork and standard methodologies across teams to ensure high work quality and efficiency.

The impact of your work will be significant, as our internal client data supports decision-making across Finance, Sales & Marketing, OTC, and Product Management. Ensuring the data's accuracy and timeliness is critical, and your contributions will play a key role in supporting strategic decisions, including predictive analysis and exploring new opportunities.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Finance, or Computer Science preferred.
  • Strong focus on data quality management.
  • Experience managing teams, developing procedures, and learning new tools.
  • Understanding of data quality practices.
  • Knowledge of SQL and Excel is a plus.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Ability to mentor, train, and motivate teams.
  • Minimum two years of leadership experience with workflow and operations management.
  • Ability to analyze problems and communicate solutions effectively.
  • Certification in data management and governance (e.g., DAMA DMBOK) is desirable.
