Job Title: Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage various administrative tasks, maintain accurate records, and ensure seamless office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain digital and physical records of candidate data accurately.
  • Manage attendance sheets and keep records up-to-date.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers effectively.
  • Screen resumes and applications to verify they meet the required criteria.
  • Oversee all administrative work, including office supplies management.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager as needed.
Requirements

This position requires a fresh graduate with a bachelor's degree in Business Administration or B.Com and reliable transportation.
