Ideal candidates must have a strong background in .Net development and customization.

They will be leading software development teams while collaborating with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.

Ideal candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with 3-5 years of experience in the analysis, design, hands-on development, and delivery of web-based applications using .Net Technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development team of software applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to gather and define requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in .Net development, customization, Web parts, configuration/deployment, and migration.
  • Working knowledge and experience of SharePoint architecture, Object model, SharePoint services, and templates.
  • Strong knowledge of the .NET framework C Sharp and associated technologies including C Sharp, Master Pages, Page Layouts design, HTML, JQuery.
  • Experience with Web Services WCF and Workflows development.
  • Good fundamental and hands-on knowledge of MS SQL Server 2005-2008.

A strong analytical skill set and good problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Soft Skills Required
  • Good team player and leadership skills.

Experience working in an offshore software development environment is a plus.
