Job Description

We seek a skilled AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in AI/ML development and deployment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and optimize AI/ML models to address diverse business needs.
  • Leverage Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) and LangChain to build innovative AI-powered solutions.
  • Work with tools and technologies including Ollama for locally running AI models.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify challenges and implement AI-driven solutions.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML integrating new trends and tools into ongoing projects.
  • Ensure models are efficient scalable and production-ready.
  • Deploy AI solutions seamlessly into existing systems and workflows.
Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in AI/ML development and deployment.
  • Proficiency in Python TensorFlow PyTorch and other relevant frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise with RAG LangChain and locally running AI solutions like Ollama.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms data structures and model evaluation techniques.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proven ability to optimize AI models for real-world applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
