Key Responsibilities:
  1. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and produce visually engaging social media posts, ads, banners, flyers, and brochures using Canva.
  2. Create high-quality on-brand graphics that connect with our target audience.
  3. Pursue innovative ideas to enhance the visual appeal of our digital assets across various social media platforms.
  4. Maintain consistency in design elements, typography, and color schemes in line with brand guidelines.
  5. Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and techniques to boost the impact of our visual content.
  6. Effectively manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while ensuring deliverables meet required specifications.
Requirements:
  1. Proficiency in Canva and other relevant design tools/software.
  2. A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating engaging social media posts, ads, banners, flyers, and brochures.
  3. Solid understanding of design principles, layout, typography, and color theory.
  4. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members.
  5. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Creativity, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering visually appealing designs.
