Content Marketing Professional

In this role, you will play a critical part in shaping our online presence by developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy. You will be responsible for creating high-quality content that engages our target audience, drives brand awareness, and supports business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with business goals, including the creation and distribution of content across multiple channels.
  • Content Creation: Author high-quality content, including blog posts, articles, podcasts, videos, and social media posts, that resonates with our target audience and drives engagement.
  • Content Management: Manage and maintain our content library, ensuring that all content is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including customer support, to resolve issues and maximize user satisfaction, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Analyze and report on content performance, using data-driven insights to inform content creation and distribution decisions.
  • User Feedback and Engagement: Identify and engage with user-generated content, establishing metrics and reporting on them on a monthly basis, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Issue Escalation: Proactively escalate issues, observations, opportunities, and insights to the executive team, ensuring timely resolution and effective mitigation.
Job Specification:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science, with a strong foundation in marketing principles and practices.
  • Experience: 1+ years of online marketing experience, with a proven track record of success in content creation and management.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with writing samples required, demonstrating ability to craft compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical and Organizational Skills: Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to manage projects and communicate across multiple departments, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
