We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced healthcare professional to join our team as a Capacity Building Specialist for Healthcare Professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive training programs for healthcare professionals. Your expertise in capacity building and ability to design engaging educational content will make you a valuable asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that align with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Mentor healthcare professionals to enhance their skills and knowledge in capacity building.
  • Collaborate with project managers, local authorities, and other stakeholders to ensure effective implementation of training initiatives.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • An undergraduate degree in Healthcare disciplines or equivalent.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in Public Health with a focus on elderly healthcare being desirable.
  • Experience in research and publication is a plus.
  • Proficiency in teaching and using new methodologies.
  • Strong communication skills in both verbal and written formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
