Counselling Expert

We are seeking a qualified professional to fill the role of Guidance Counsellor. This is a full-time on-site position located in Karachi East District.

Job Description:

The Guidance Counsellor will provide student counseling, conduct career counseling sessions, and offer general counseling support to students. Additional responsibilities include creating and maintaining student records, collaborating with teachers and parents to address students' academic and personal development needs, and guiding students through their educational and career planning processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in Student Counseling and Career Counseling
• Strong background in Counseling and Education
• Knowledge of Psychology principles and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively within a school community
• Relevant certifications or degrees in counseling, education, or psychology
• Experience in the educational sector is a plus
