Inbound Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:
- Our inbound representatives are expected to handle calls with integrity and adhere to our standard operating procedures.
- They must provide exceptional service, maintaining respect and the required customer handling ethics.
- Delivering accurate and precise information to customer inquiries regarding banking products is a key responsibility of this role.
- The ability to take accurate financial transactions while ensuring the interests of both customers and the bank is essential.
- Inbound representatives will respond to inquiries and emergencies, investigate complaints, and provide customers with resolutions given by the relevant complaint handling unit or business.
- Account maintenance and activations are performed with due diligence and vigilance in this role.
- Strong follow-up on customer queries is also expected.
- Meeting performance criteria set by the call center is mandatory.
- Regular meetings and trainings conducted by line managers and training teams are attended by our inbound representatives.
