We are seeking a seasoned video professional to spearhead our visual content creation. Great visuals aren't just about polished edits; it's about crafting a narrative that captivates audiences, communicates a message clearly, and drives business results.
About the Opportunity
This is a role for a creative expert who understands the importance of storytelling structure, pacing, and visual style. You will be responsible for assembling and editing raw footage, dialogue, and sound effects into high-quality, narrative-driven videos suitable for various platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Creative Post-Production: Assemble and edit raw footage, dialogue, and sound effects into polished, engaging videos that tell a story.
- Motion Graphics & Animation: Design and animate captivating 2D motion graphics using Adobe After Effects to enhance visual appeal and drive engagement.
- Technical Polish & Finishing: Perform expert color grading and correction to ensure a consistent, professional look. Execute clean audio mixing, sound design, and mastering to deliver crystal-clear sound.
- Project & Asset Management: Organize and manage digital assets, including raw footage, project files, graphics, and audio tracks.
- Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and marketing strategists to ensure a cohesive final product.
- Formatting & Exporting: Master the art of exporting, with a deep understanding of codecs, aspect ratios, and best practices for all major social media and web platforms.

We are looking for an exceptional storyteller with outstanding video editing skills, expertise in the Adobe Creative Cloud, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with camera operation, lighting, and on-set sound recording is highly valued.
