Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience in machine learning, with a significant focus on leading complex computer vision projects from concept to production systems.
  • Demonstrable experience in leading a team of engineers, including mentorship, project planning, and providing technical guidance and direction.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • A strong understanding of cloud environments and experience with AWS is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
