Senior Software Designer


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Designer to create innovative solutions and lead project development.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop technology strategies.
  • Evaluate, design, and implement technical architectures in a hands-on role.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to convert requirements into specifications and provide estimates.
  • Analyze and optimize system performance for millions of transactions and terabytes of data daily.
  • Develop cloud-based applications that cater to thousands of businesses and their customers.
  • Apply best practices and coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables.
  • Design server architecture and oversee server management for running solutions.
  • Utilize automated development environments (DevOps) to streamline processes.
  • Possess strong understanding of project architecture and database schemas.
  • Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases, backend, iOS, and Android development.
  • Conduct peer reviews and provide feedback to improve code quality.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Leverage 10+ years of experience in SDLC, with 4 years of experience as a software architect.
  • Build enterprise-grade system architecture with a mobile-first approach.
  • Expertise in MEAN / LAMP stack and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB, HBase, or Hadoop.
  • API architecture and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication and training abilities.
  • Ability to lead the team at any time for any functional or technical concern.
  • Flexibility to adapt to different work environment settings.

Requirements:
  • Deep knowledge of NodeJS, MongoDB, and mobile-first application development.
