Job Overview

Professional Employers (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Business Partner to join our team in Quetta.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Coordinate with the Recruitment team to collect and review candidate documents, plan onboarding formalities, and ensure a seamless integration of new hires into our organization.
  • Training & Orientations: Develop and execute training plans, communicate induction training schedules to candidates and stakeholders, and arrange logistics for training venues.
  • HR Services & Operations: Handle grievances, ensure approved disciplinary actions are taken, issue and record relevant correspondence, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resource Management or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an HR-related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
What We Offer

The selected candidate can expect a competitive salary of approximately Pkr 150,000 - 180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications, along with opportunities for growth and professional development within our dynamic organization.
