Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and implement customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills, a deep understanding of CRM systems, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to enhance business processes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and Implement Solutions: Design and implement tailored solutions on Salesforce CRM to meet business requirements.
  • Develop Custom Applications: Develop, customize, and integrate applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Maintain and Optimize Applications: Maintain and optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.
  • Ensure Data Integrity and Security: Ensure data integrity and security across Salesforce systems.
  • Troubleshoot Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within Salesforce and related applications.
  • Stay Updated: Stay updated with Salesforce's best practices and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Experience: Strong experience with Salesforce platform development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
  • Proficiency: Proficiency in Salesforce configurations and customizations.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience with Force.com Development.
  • Expertise: Expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, and Multi-Cloud Integration.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Sales Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud.
  • Experience: Experience with Tableau and Analytics Transformation.
  • Familiarity: Familiarity with Unified Commerce, Digital Communities, and Customer Engagement tools.
  • Skills: Strong skills in integrations, including Salesforce integrations with third-party applications.
  • Knowledge: Knowledge of Change Management & Learning Processes.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Architecture Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Salesforce architecture, APIs, and data models.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
  • Integration Experience: Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware tools.
  • Version Control Systems: Familiarity with version control systems like Git and deployment tools like Salesforce DX.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
