Job Title: Industrial Sales Professional

Description:
Sales professionals in the industrial sector play a vital role in the success of organizations by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to increase sales. As an industrial sales professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies and account plans, including detailed plans for key accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute nationwide sales forecasts and plans, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Create and manage budgets, monitoring and reporting on sales performance metrics.
  • Gather marketing intelligence, identify target markets, and gather information on related industries.
  • Plan and execute business development initiatives, collaborating closely with internal teams such as specifications, sales, and product development.
  • Oversee campaign management in coordination with the marketing team.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • An in-depth understanding of the construction chemicals industry and their applications is essential.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific requirements for construction chemicals is also required.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities are necessary for this role.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and time management skills are required.
  • Cultivate a creative and innovative approach to marketing strategies.

About the Role:
A bachelor's degree in Civil, Chemical, or Polymer Engineering is mandatory, with an MBA preferred.
