Job Title: Director of Commercialization

This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive commercialization efforts across various sectors. As a key member of the research team, you will collaborate with faculty, business leaders, and industry partners to identify opportunities and develop innovative solutions.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a strong entrepreneurial mindset, and at least 10 years of relevant experience. They will also have established relationships with local government, business/industry, entrepreneurs, universities, and social communities.

Main responsibilities include:

  1. Leading cross-functional teams to drive commercialization initiatives.
  2. Developing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  3. Mobilizing resources to support research commercialization.
  4. Collaborating with the Board of Advanced Studies and Research on intellectual property matters.
Requirements

PhD with expertise in research and a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Salary: Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
