Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, this individual will be responsible for creating a positive and professional impression of our organization.

The successful candidate will be in charge of greeting clients and visitors, providing directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones, and taking messages.

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as competency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel. Prior experience as a receptionist is also an asset.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Greet clients and visitors with a warm and welcoming attitude.
  2. Help maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs.
  3. Assist with administrative tasks including copying, faxing, taking notes, and making travel plans.
  4. Prepare meeting and training rooms.
  5. Answer phones in a professional manner and route calls as necessary.
  6. Provide support to colleagues with administrative tasks.
