Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Manager to oversee and direct our solar power plant projects team. The successful candidate will ensure high standards of efficiency and compliance in our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned engineering projects to ensure timely completion and adherence to specifications.
  2. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications to guarantee project success.
  3. Cultivate strong relationships with clients and vendors to understand their needs and requirements and effectively represent them in the field.
  4. Perform thorough quality control of work (budget, schedule, plans, personnel's performance) and report regularly on project status to stakeholders.
  5. Assign responsibilities and mentor project team members to ensure collective success.
  6. Collaborate and communicate effectively with project managers and other participants to provide assistance and technical support as needed.
  7. Review engineering deliverables and initiate corrective actions when necessary.
Qualifications and Skills
  1. The ideal candidate should possess a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  2. A minimum of 2.5-3 years of proven working experience in technical solar projects is required.
  3. Advanced MS Office skills are essential for this role.
  4. Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices, and performance standards is a must.
  5. The ability to work on multiple discipline projects along with strong project management and supervision skills is necessary.
  6. Effective decision-making, leadership, time management, and organization skills are also required.
