The Role of Insurance Client Services Associate:

About the Position:

This is a client-facing role that involves providing support to clients on maximizing the use of our product for insurance companies covered in Capital IQ Pro. On a daily basis, the associate will address client questions and requests about the platform/excel add-in and be responsible for escalating issues and inquiries to other teams if necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Evaluate and resolve client complaints in accordance with company policies.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issue resolution progress.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to meet client needs and improve customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance or equivalent field.
  • Fresh graduate or up to 6 months of experience in a related field.
  • Succinct communication skills with ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient ability to navigate and use common computer programs including MS Office and Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Basic insurance knowledge including understanding of premiums, claims, and policy terms.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial statements, investments, and risk management principles.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow with minimal supervision.
