As a Lead QA Engineer at our organization, you will play a pivotal role in driving quality excellence across our products.

About the Role

In this position, you will take on a crucial responsibility in redefining and revamping our entire Quality Assurance department. This means championing modern quality practices, restructuring processes, and instilling a culture of continuous improvement.

  • Spearhead the transformation of our QA team to elevate quality standards across all projects

  • Monitor QA team efficiency and dynamically allocate resources based on project needs
  • Drive the transition from manual testing to automated, AI-driven QA workflows
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 8+ years in Software Quality Assurance, with at least 3+ years in a QA lead or management role driving teams and QA strategy
  • Hands-on experience with test automation frameworks and integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with AI-driven testing platforms and a willingness to implement innovative testing solutions
