Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist

Our organization is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented individual to manage daily financial operations and support the finance team in a dynamic work environment.

  • Key responsibilities include maintaining and updating daily financial records and transactions, preparing basic financial reports, and handling accounts receivable and payable processes.
  • Maintain petty cash records and perform reconciliations.
  • Assist with internal and external audits.
  • Ensure accurate data entry in accounting systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience.

Working Conditions:

  • Monday to Saturday working days.
