As a seasoned finance professional, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the commercial and financial activities of our venture builder organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide critical finance input to inform decision-making processes across various business lines
  • Collaborate with the HR Business Partner to ensure accurate staff allocations and reporting
  • Assist founders in understanding their financial performance and troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Develop and review approval documents for all entities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Facilitate seamless communication between the central finance team and founders to guarantee accuracy in the Record to Report process

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance, with at least 6-7 years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a business finance role. They should be proficient in finance tools such as MS Office and QuickBooks, with a focus on data analytics.

A tertiary finance qualification, such as an MBA or CA, is highly desirable. Additionally, experience with ERP implementation would be a significant advantage.

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. A good understanding of the commercial aspects of a business is essential, as is the ability to work closely with commercial teams across various business lines.
