Job Title: Software Engineering Lead

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineering Lead to spearhead our development team.

This is a remote position that requires strong leadership and technical skills.

  • Leverage your technical expertise to manage junior programmers, web designers, and develop core web-based applications using LAMP (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
  • Develop complex applications with AJAX, PERL, HTML, DHTML, and basic JavaScript knowledge.
  • Integrate systems using XML, CURL, VXML, etc.
  • Deploy content management systems like JOOMLA, DRUPAL, WORDPRESS.
  • Built enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, business intelligence applications using open source codes like OS Commerce, SUGAR CRM, VTIGER, WEB ERP or social network open source like BOONEX Dolphin.
  • Implement solid database concepts, database administration, and Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP expertise.
  • Familiarity with software development life cycle, methods of software development, flow charts, RUP, AGILE Type of SDLC Approach, entity-relationship diagram independently.
Personal Attributes and Skills
  1. Ability to work independently from home without much supervision.
  2. Follow strict instructions delivered by the project manager via Gantt Charts, Functional and Process Flow Charts, pseudo codes, entity-relationship diagrams.
  3. Provide at least two professional references that guarantee character, attitude, loyalty, and skills.
  4. Punctual, disciplined, and possess excellent communication skills.
  5. Work effectively with global teams including programmers, graphic web designers, and project managers.
  6. Have ease of understanding and talking in English.
  7. Provision reliable Internet, hardware, and all necessary software.
