Key Responsibilities

This role involves executing strategic plans, optimizing client portfolios, and driving engagement to ensure profitability and revenue growth.

  • Support the General Manager in implementing the functional strategy and agenda across the segment.
  • Provide regular reports to the General Manager and Hub Managers on budget forecasts and performance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with all members of the Regional Teams and other units of Wealth and Retail Banking.
  • Ensure consistent portfolio health through client optimization and service delivery on client propositions.
  • Embed the Customer Value Proposition (CVP) and define acceptable client delivery standards for both Priority and Premium Segments.
  • Execute global standard Client Optimization strategies to deliver Client & Segment level profitability.
  • Optimize fees and charges to enhance portfolio profitability while creating value for clients.
  • Develop clear client engagement and communication strategies to ensure brand loyalty and top-of-mind positioning.
  • Design and roll out campaigns to deliver effective strategies and propositions relevant to target client segments.
