Senior User Experience Designer - Fintech Specialist

We are a leading technology company dedicated to enabling financial institutions to become digital leaders by delivering exceptional customer experiences across various channels.

Our team specializes in developing innovative solutions for banks and insurance companies worldwide, leveraging Microsoft technology such as Azure, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Designing and developing intuitive user interfaces for internal and mobile banking websites, native mobile applications, financial mobile & tablet apps, and web applications.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the design process to ensure seamless product delivery.
  • Participating in the development process from definition through design, build, test, release, and maintenance to guarantee high-quality products.
  • Breaking down complex design problems into manageable chunks and solving them with clarity and precision.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends, standards, and technologies in mobile design to drive innovation.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in designing web/mobile applications.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Banking experience is advantageous but not essential.
  • Expert-level skills in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Balsamiq, Visual Studio, PowerPoint, Firefox/Chrome Developer Tools, and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience in HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, and AngularJS.
  • Excellent understanding of technology trends, demonstrable design skills, and the ability to showcase relevant work.
  • Exceptional communication and analytical skills.
