We are seeking a seasoned ERP/Business Functional Consultant to collaborate with clients on strategic ERP implementations and optimizations that harmonize system capabilities with business processes.

Responsibilities
  • We gather and analyze business requirements; produce BRDs/FRDs and process maps to ensure seamless integration, efficiency, and alignment.
  • Our team configures ERP modules, supports customizations, integrations, and data migration to optimize business performance and streamline operations.
  • The consultant leads functional testing, UAT, and go-live readiness activities to guarantee a smooth and successful implementation.
  • They train end-users and provide post-implementation hypercare and support to ensure long-term success and ROI.
  • The consultant collaborates with technical teams to translate functional needs into technical solutions, driving innovation, growth, and excellence.
  • Recommend best-practice process improvements across Finance, HR, Supply Chain, and Sales to elevate business performance, productivity, and competitiveness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an ERP/Business Functional Consultant is essential for this role.
  • Hands-on exposure to one or more ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, Odoo, NetSuite) is required for effective execution.
  • A strong understanding of core business processes and reporting/analytics needs is necessary to deliver results.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, documentation, and problem-solving skills are required for this position.
  • The ability to manage multiple engagements and work effectively with remote teams is crucial for success.
