We are seeking a skilled Email Marketing Professional to drive our digital engagement strategy. The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of experience in crafting impactful email campaigns, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute effective email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
  2. Create compelling email content, including copy and visuals, that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals.
  3. Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization strategies to target specific audience groups.
  4. Conduct A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and calls-to-action.
  5. Monitor email performance metrics (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, conversions) and provide actionable insights for improvement.
  6. Ensure email campaigns comply with industry standards, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and other relevant regulations.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all channels.
  8. Maintain the database and assist with data mining.
  9. Optimize the email subscribers list for multiple projects.
  10. Implement email validation tools and processes to maintain high email deliverability rates.
  11. Implement and manage automated email workflows, such as abandoned leads and promotional/informational emails.
  12. Generate regular reports on email marketing performance and present findings to key stakeholders.Requirements:
    1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    2. 3-4 years of proven experience in email marketing, including campaign management and analytics.
    3. Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign).
    4. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to improve performance.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
    6. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and email designing best practices.
    7. Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
