Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume the role of Financial Manager. In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing financial planning and analysis, ensuring that the organization maintains a strong fiscal foundation.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent business experience. At least 6 years of progressively responsible experience working in a major company or division of a large corporation is required. Certified Public Accountant or Certified Management Accountant designations are highly desirable.

The ideal candidate will also possess:

  • Expertise in electronic spreadsheets (e.g., Excel)
  • Outstanding knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex financial data and provide insightful recommendations

Job Description

As a key member of our management team, you will play a critical role in assisting senior management in formulating our overall strategic direction, forecasting cash flow positions and ensuring that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.

You will also maintain banking relationships, arrange for equity and debt financing, invest funds and recommend appropriate dividend issuances.
