Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Elevator Technician to install and maintain elevators in commercial and residential buildings, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Install, test, and commission elevators in accordance with manufacturer instructions and industry standards
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks such as lubricating moving parts and checking for any signs of wear or damage
  • Conduct thorough inspections of elevator components, including electrical systems, mechanics, and hydraulics, to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions that meet those requirements
  • Develop and implement effective troubleshooting techniques to quickly resolve issues related to elevator malfunctions or mechanical failures
  • Maintain accurate records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs performed, including documentation of any modifications or upgrades made
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as engineering, physics, or mathematics; technical degree or certification preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the installation and maintenance of elevators, preferably with a focus on high-rise buildings or complex systems
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, mechanics, and hydraulics, including the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and work at heights without compromising safety or well-being
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and vendors
