Finance Management Role

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and implement effective financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
  2. Oversee all aspects of accounts payable, including processing invoices, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  3. Manage tax-related processes, including ensuring proper tax withholding and clearing of tax general ledgers in the software.
  4. Track and analyze company expenditures, maintain a database, and provide regular reports to supervisors.
  5. Oversee payment transactions, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies.
  6. Monitor and track the status of all transactions within the company and external vendors and contractors.
  7. Standardize financial procedures to increase efficiency and create internal templates for use by the company.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  9. Minimize payable aging by improving systems and ensuring compliance with policies and standard operating procedures.
  10. Reduce advances in aging by ensuring timely submission of bills of adjustment after internal audits.
