Key Responsibilities of Ecommerce Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled ecommerce professional to develop and implement our sales channels across all digital platforms.

Core Accountabilities:
  • Monitor performance metrics and create actionable plans to enhance our online presence.
  • Conduct thorough market research to analyze pricing strategies and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Utilize data analysis tools to track existing product pricing and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly targets to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Influence product design, content, and attributes to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Oversee the end-to-end process of product sales and promotions, including inventory management and product listings.
  • Monitor account health and metrics, proactively addressing issues and improving overall performance.
  • Manage product images and merchandising, ensuring optimal visual appeal and customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of industry policies and procedures.
  • Perform regular listing Q&A and tracking to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience with sales channel management and listing methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Familiarity with data analysis software, as well as laptop and desktop hardware knowledge.
  • Experience in removing negative reviews and improving product listings.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently, with a passion for technology and continuous learning.
