Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Java Backend Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance platforms using Java, Kafka, Spring Boot, Docker, and Kubernetes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices, Agile development methodologies, and CI/CD practices. They will also have experience with data storage technologies such as Cassandra, Neo4j, and Redis, as well as proficiency in RESTful APIs and software design patterns.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, as well as maintenance of application performance, troubleshooting issues, and optimization of system architecture.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and strong communication and team collaboration abilities.
