Clinical Faculty

We are seeking a dedicated Healthcare Educator to join our team. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field and be committed to empowering students to succeed in their healthcare careers.

• Curriculum Development: Design comprehensive lesson plans, lectures, and hands-on activities that cover all aspects of the Health Care Assistant curriculum.
• Classroom Instruction: Conduct engaging classroom sessions to impart theoretical knowledge and practical skills in areas such as patient care, medical terminology, infection control, and vital signs monitoring.
• Clinical Training Supervision: Facilitate clinical training experiences by overseeing students during their practical rotations in healthcare settings, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and professional standards.
• Evaluating Student Progress: Evaluate student performance through quizzes, exams, assignments, and practical assessments to measure understanding and proficiency in course materials.
• Providing Feedback and Support: Offer constructive feedback and guidance to students to help them enhance their skills and address areas for improvement.

• Education: A thorough understanding of healthcare principles, practices, and regulations, along with familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage and motivate students from diverse backgrounds, and strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Certification: Current certification as a Health Care Assistant or equivalent is required.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate student schedules and program needs.
