Job Title: Exterior Cladding Specialist

Exterior cladding is a critical aspect of building design, and our company is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Exterior Cladding Specialist. This role will involve the installation, maintenance, and repair of exterior building facades.

Responsibilities:

1. Install and repair various types of exterior cladding materials, including glass, metal, and stone
2. Conduct regular inspections to identify any issues or damages
3. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning and sealing
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any technical problems or malfunctions
5. Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
6. Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in exterior cladding installation, maintenance, or repair
• Extensive knowledge of different exterior cladding materials and their properties
• Strong technical skills and ability to use tools and equipment effectively
• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
• Good physical stamina for working at heights
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team
• Excellent problem-solving skills
