Job Title: Operational Support Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting or a related field (or equivalent work experience) and be proficient in handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks including data entry, invoicing and accounts receivable/payable management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily transactions, maintain accurate financial records, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support by organizing meetings, managing emails, and maintaining filing systems to facilitate efficient operations.
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to prepare financial reports, statements, and tax returns, providing valuable insights for informed decision-making.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within the accounting industry.
