Community Outreach Specialist

We're looking for a skilled Community Manager to spearhead our community growth initiatives, fostering strong relationships with customers, content creators, and partners.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading live product demos, addressing customer queries, and showcasing key features. They'll also act as a liaison between our company and its customers, providing valuable feedback to internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging live sessions, webinars, and interviews that effectively promote our brand and products.
  • Create high-quality technical content, including explainers, how-to guides, and knowledge base articles that resonate with our target audience.
Content Creation and Management
  • Collaborate with content creators to develop video tutorials, courses, and other media that enhance user engagement and product awareness.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in community relations management, technical content creation, or a related field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
  • A confident on-camera presence and strong technical aptitude are essential for this role.
  • Familiarity with marketing channels, such as affiliate marketing, organic marketing, and content marketing.
  • Experience working with content creators and comfortable engaging with communities across online forums.
  • A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not required.
Preferred Skills
  • Knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce, PHP/Laravel, and web development frameworks along with web hosting and SaaS.
  • Hands-on experience with tools and platforms used for webinars, video creation, and community engagement.
