Senior PHP Team Lead

We are seeking a dedicated senior team lead to spearhead our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with PHP, MVC frameworks, and JavaScript libraries.

Key Qualifications
  • Lead a team of developers in designing and implementing custom systems using PHP, HTML5, and MySQL.
  • Develop and maintain high-quality code, adhering to clean design principles and structured coding practices.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and solve complex problems, ensuring timely project delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in PHP, JavaScript, and related technologies.
Requirements
  • 4-7 years of experience in PHP development, with a strong focus on MVC frameworks (CodeIgniter, Laravel, or Yii).
  • Excellent communication skills and technical report writing abilities.
  • Strong understanding of OOP concepts, fundamental programming principles, web development, and database management.
  • Experience with JavaScript libraries (jQuery), AJAX, and cross-browser compatibility.

As a senior team lead, you will be responsible for mentoring junior developers, guiding project development, and driving innovation within the team.
