Ecommerce Specialist Manager

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Specialist to manage and optimize our international online stores. This role involves overseeing order processing, monitoring website performance, and creating image variants for foreign languages.

Key Responsibilities:
- Content & Asset Management: Adapt image assets for foreign languages, resize/edit as needed, and ensure consistency with intake form instructions.
- Website QA & Site-Walking: Inspect live sites for missing labels, broken links, typos, image issues, and UI/UX inconsistencies.
- Ecommerce Trading & Performance Analysis: Analyze OMS data and key KPIs (traffic, conversion, search, engagement, pricing, marketing, and competitor trends) across multiple sources.
- Manage and update product listings, descriptions, and pricing to ensure accuracy and appeal.

**Requirements:**
- 5-7 years of experience in e-commerce operations (Shopify, Amazon, eBay, or similar platforms).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent organizational skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English for clear and effective communication.
