Lead Quality Assurance Engineer


About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Quality Assurance Engineer to lead our QA team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing agile testing techniques and best practices, as well as experience with automation frameworks and AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement and drive agile testing techniques and best practices throughout QA teams.
  • Lead QA engineers and automation testers, fostering cross-functional collaboration and ensuring clear test results and quality issues to stakeholders.
  • Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for QA automation, incorporating AI-assisted tools and techniques to ensure alignment with business and technical goals.
  • Design, implement, and maintain end-to-end automation frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing.
  • Leverage AI and Machine Learning to enhance test case generation, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics in the testing process.
  • Lead efficient implementation and continuous improvement of Agile methodologies within the team.
  • Oversee planning and execution of the full QA lifecycle, ensuring proper test coverage across releases and integration into Agile sprints.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in a QA leadership or management role, with a focus on test automation and AI-driven solutions.
  • Extensive experience of implementing agile testing techniques and best practices.
  • Expertise in developing and maintaining automation frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with AI techniques applied to QA automation.
  • Familiarity with cloud-based testing and containerized environments.
  • Strong knowledge of AI/ML tools for test automation.
  • Strong experience with test management and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and performance testing tools.
  • Proven leadership skills in building and nurturing high-performing teams.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Relevant certification in scrum, agile, or agile testing.
