**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team and drive successful lead conversion for our innovative Retrofit Kit solution. As a WhatsApp Lead Conversion Specialist, you will be instrumental in nurturing leads that appear on WhatsApp, effectively convincing them and presenting our superior transportation solution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor incoming leads on WhatsApp and promptly respond to inquiries and messages from potential customers.
- Engage leads in meaningful conversations, understanding their pain points, preferences, and transportation needs.
- Present the features, benefits, and unique selling points of our Retrofit Kit, demonstrating how it can address their specific requirements.
- Craft persuasive messages and pitches to guide leads toward making informed decisions.
- Provide accurate and detailed product information, ensuring a clear understanding of the Retrofit Kit's capabilities.
- Address potential concerns and objections in a professional and reassuring manner.
- Nurture leads over time, building rapport and trust through consistent communication.
- Collaborate with the sales team to tailor solutions based on individual lead profiles.
- Maintain clear and organized records of lead interactions and progress using CRM tools.
- Achieve lead conversion targets, contributing to the overall sales success of the organization.
Requirements:
