Job Title: Cleaning and Maintenance Professional

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable individual to join our team as a Cleaner, Housekeeper, and Sweeper. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various facilities, ensuring that assigned areas are kept neat, sanitary, and organized to create a safe and comfortable environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
  • Sanitize restrooms, kitchens, common areas, and other designated spaces
  • Empty trash bins and dispose of waste properly
  • Replenish cleaning and hygiene supplies as needed
  • Operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively
  • Follow established health and safety protocols
  • Assist with laundry services if required
  • Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
  • Perform additional cleaning tasks as assigned

Requirements

Qualification and Experience:
  • Prior experience in cleaning, housekeeping, or janitorial services preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently
  • Good physical stamina and ability to handle cleaning tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and equipment is an advantage
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays if needed
