Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven sales professionals to join our team in Islamabad, Pakistan. The primary objective of this role is to initiate cold calls and engage potential clients, introducing them to our digital services and scheduling appointments for further discussions.

  • Conduct cold calls to potential clients and introduce our services.
  • Identify and qualify sales opportunities through outbound calling.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales manager to discuss detailed service offerings.
  • Maintain and update accurate and detailed information on leads.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Follow up on leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential clients.
  • Provide feedback and insights on the effectiveness of outbound strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Proven experience in an outbound sales role, preferably in the digital services industry.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

High level of motivation and a results-oriented mindset.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
