Job Description:

The Client Support Center is a critical component of our organization, and the Manager will be responsible for leading a team of specialists who interact with clients in real-time. This role requires strong technical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a 24x7 environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of client support specialists.
  • Ensure consistent client-friendly communications are created and sent for technology issues.
  • Participate in internal meetings recapping production events.
  • Collaborate with Development Team and Project Manager to help interface on processing problems and production issues.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree (or higher preferred) or equivalent experience. They should possess strong technical understanding, excellent English communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work well independently and in a team environment.
