Product Leadership Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join our team. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and ensuring successful execution from concept to launch.

About the Job

This is a key role in our organization, and we are looking for someone who can work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver products that meet market needs and align with business objectives.

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and manage the product roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define product features, prioritize them based on business impact, and ensure smooth execution.
  • Customer Research & Insights: Gather customer feedback through interviews, surveys, and market analysis to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
  • Feature Prioritization: Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and make trade-off decisions to maximize business value and deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced tech or SaaS environment.
  • Technical Aptitude: Ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate closely with engineering teams.
  • Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback processes.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in using data to drive decisions and measure product performance.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate product vision and features to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Project Management: Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize effectively and manage time efficiently.
