Office Support Specialist
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Office Assistant to support our day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will have 1 year of experience in the accounting industry and possess strong organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities:- Manage office tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the accounting team with bookkeeping, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist in procurement as needed.
- Coordinate communication between departments and assist in scheduling meetings.
- Prepare reports and assist in financial audits.
The successful candidate will possess:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
